FAA Maintenance and Repair
Facility - 2006 |
Our 20,000-square-foot, FAA approved
engineering and maintenance facility moved to its present site alongside
the former Naval Airship Hangar, located in Weeksville, North Carolina
in 2002.
It is at this facility that we build
and flight test new airships, outfit and certify new components on
existing airships for special missions, overhaul and maintain engines,
store the spares that service airships all over the world, and conduct
research into improvements.
